Office real estate today demonstrates extremely low vacancy, which equals to about 5%, as well as a high potential for growth in yields in the coming years, due to the fact that lease agreements concluded during rental rates drop will soon end. Thus, the average rental rate in many office centers is 20-30% below the current market rate. For investors, it is a momentum to buy business centers and get good growth in profitability in the coming years, – says Irina
Some investors discovered Ukraine for the first time. Some of them were interested in investments. Ukraine was not presented at EXPO by a joint promotion program. 10-15 local companies represented Ukraine. We believe that consistent work with the International real estate players, strategic communication allows them to rediscover Ukraine. Participation of Ukraine at such events is very important not only for the country’s images but also for new business opportunities, – says Anna Nestulia.
