Iryna Skorokhodova brings eighteen years of Kyiv real professional experience to her role as founder and CEO of STRIX Property Investment Boutique. As Vice President of Alfa Bank Ukraine, she has been responsible for the sale and management of a broad commercial property portfolio since 2012. Over the past year alone, Skorokhodova was instrumental in some of the biggest transactions to have taken place on the Ukrainian property market worth a total of USD 240 million, including a key role in the sale of Kyiv’s 69,000 square meter Horizon Park Business Center, which was widely hailed as the Ukrainian office real estate deal of the decade.
Anna Nestulia brings six-year experience on the real estate market as prior to joining STRIX Property Investment Boutique. As managing director of the largest Ukrainian real estate business association, Anna was in charge of the international programs with a focus on investor relations. During this role, Anna established business contacts with real estate players in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, USA, Spain, Singapore, Netherlands, and Nordics. Since 2017 Anna has been acting as a co-organizer of Ukrainian delegation at MIPIM, an investment property exhibition taking place annually in Cannes. In 2018 Anna launched B2B marketing platform Invest in Projects (www.investinprojects.pro) aimed to promote investment projects globally.
Natalia Kochergina has wide experience in real estate, transaction support, and M&A matters. She advises both international and domestic clients operating in different industry sectors (with a special focus on retail, infrastructure, and seaports, agriculture, commercial and industrial real estate) on property acquisitions, sale-and-leaseback transactions, property development, construction, and planning.
